Family Choices and Fertility Coaching - What About You?

Many of us are leaving having children until we get older. Deciding whether to have children or not can become agonisingly complex whatever your circumstances: heterosexual, lesbian; single or in a couple.

As a trained coach, and an ex-nurse I bring empathy and understanding - as well as my own personal experiences - to this complex subject. Through coaching, mentoring or a combination of the two, I work with people at all stages in the family choices and fertility journey.

I very much enjoy working with people who want to break free from traditional conventions and expectations, whether that's by designing a life as a childless singleton or exploring parenthood options through less conventional means.

I often help women who have hit their mid to late thirties or early forties and are at a crossroads where they have to decide whether to be childfree or to explore less conventional ways of having children. It's now or never for them and they really want to get it right.

	Consultations

Family / Fertility Coaching and Mentoring Fees

For one-to-one coaching, my fees are £75 per session.

I also have a small number of one-to-one coaching places for people on lower incomes (less than £35,000 per year) at £50 per hour.

Fees for the next 'Decide What You Want' evening group teleprogramme (two sessions per month for four months) are £480.

All fees include email support between sessions.

The first step is to have a free telephone consultation with me. We'll chat for about 30-40 mins about where you are now on your journey. Many people find this really helpful in itself whether or not they decide to proceed any further.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching can be carried out face-to-face or over the telephone or Skype (Coaching is just as powerful and effective over the phone or on Skype) and I have coached people from all over the world. Each session lasts from 50 minutes to an hour except the first session which may be upto 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I recommend clients have two sessions a month as this allows time to reflect, do any assignments and practice your learnings in between sessions.

I always suggest clients commit to 8 sessions (or four months) to start with as each session builds on the session before. You will be experiencing new ways of being and doing and this takes time.

We'll agree questions or homework activities to be carried out inbetween sessions to help you move forward in your thinking. I provide email support between sessions so the work we are doing can continue.
